IMPORTANT
COVID-19 REGULATIONSAll participants MUST complete the waiver before arriving on site.To support social distancing, please arrive wearing swimwear under your clothes and ready to put on a wetsuit, as changing rooms may be limited. Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions as attached, they are important for your visit. ALL participants must be able to swim 25m, be at least 6yrs of age and over 1.1m in height.

Tems and Conditions
We welcome you to Blackpool Wake Park and look forward to you participating in our activities and
in doing so would ask that you take a moment to read our Terms and Conditions.
Who can participate?
All participants must be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters and must be comfortable in open
water and have a reasonable level of fitness. Minimum age 6. Children aged 10 and under need to
be accompanied by an adult (ratio 1 adult to 2 children). For those under 18, a responsible adult
must be present at the Wake Park at all times.
Safety
In participating in any of the activities you agree to abide by our safety rules which are in place to
make your stay safe and fun for all involved including other visitors and staff. Blackpool Wake Park
reserves the right to ask any person to leave the water who is endangering themselves or others by
their behaviour.
What to wear
Wetsuits are compulsory, either your own or one rented from Blackpool Wake Park, and life vests,
which the Wake Park provides free of charge, are to be worn whilst participating in all activities at all
times (including helmets for wake boarding) and those found removing them will be asked to leave
the water. No footwear permitted on the Aqua Park.
Medical
In signing our disclaimer on arrival at The Park you acknowledge that you and/or your child are
physically fit and DO NOT have any known medical condition or previous injuries which precludes
you from taking part in the activities and are not pregnant.
Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations of individual sessions must be made 48 hours prior to a session taking place, failure to
do so would result in a forfeiture of the cost of the session. Any refunds will be made in vouchers or
the session re-booked for a future date where possible. In the event of cancellation of a group
booking up to 14 days before will result in forfeiture of their deposit and within 7 days of the event,
the full amount will be forfeited. Please also note that we do not issue refunds for arriving late for a
session but we will endeavour to fit you in if there is availability.
Personal Belongings
Any personal belongings or valuables are the sole responsibility of their owner. We do not provide
lockers.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome on the patio and grass areas but, for hygiene reasons, are not
allowed in the cafe area.
Car Park
Visitors park at their own risk and Blackpool Wake Park cannot be held responsible for any loss or
damage. Children should be accompanied in this area at all times.
